Germany team won the first Equestrain Eventing Team gold medal with 166.10 penalty points. Australia’s team took silver with 171.20 points and Great Britain captured bronze with 185.70 points.

44 years after Hiroshi Hoketsu’s equestrain debut at 1964 Tokyo Olympics, he’s back again in the horse riding event. He switched from show-jumping to dressage (think horse ballet) because of his eyesight. At 67 now, he don’t think he’s an old time machine.
I like his personal motto of “If you have a goal, you can stay young.”
